By registering for Bin Cleaning Summit 2027 (the “Event”), the purchaser agrees to the following Registration Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed. Complimentary registrations issued by Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC (for example, to approved speakers) are confirmed without payment.
All registration fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, NMI, powered by ePayment.
Registration provides admission to the Event and access to conference activities designated for registered attendees. Travel, lodging, meals, and other personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Registration Pricing
Registration fees are based on the rates available at the time of purchase.
Early Registration - Through November 30, 2026
- First attendee from a company: $225
- Each additional attendee from the same company: $125
Regular Registration - Beginning December 1, 2026
- First attendee from a company: $249
- Each additional attendee from the same company: $149
Additional-attendee pricing is available only when at least one attendee from the same company is registered at the applicable first-attendee rate, or holds a complimentary registration issued by Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC in the same order.
All discounted registrations are subject to verification. Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC reserves the right to correct registrations that do not meet discount eligibility requirements, including requesting payment of the difference or canceling and refunding an ineligible registration.
Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless expressly authorized.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registration purchases are final and nonrefundable, except as expressly provided in these terms or required by applicable law.
If an attendee cannot attend, they may request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to the substitution policy below.
Failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, or changes in personal or business circumstances do not entitle an attendee to a refund.
4. Attendee Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another individual within the same company at no additional charge, provided the organizer receives the substitution request at least seven (7) calendar days before the Event.
Substitutions involving a different company require prior written approval.

Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC may approve later substitutions at its discretion.
5. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, presentations, activities, venue arrangements, and other programming when reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to refunds.
If the Event is postponed, existing registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled Event may request a refund of their registration fees within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving notice of the new dates.
If Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC cancels the Event entirely and does not reschedule it, attendees will receive a refund of registration fees paid.
The organizer is not responsible for attendees’ airfare, lodging, transportation, lost income, or other expenses associated with attending or planning to attend the Event.
6. Event Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, event staff, and venue personnel.
Harassment, threatening behavior, disruptive conduct, and violations of applicable laws or venue policies are prohibited.
Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC reserves the right to remove individuals whose behavior threatens the safety, enjoyment, or orderly operation of the Event. Removal for misconduct may occur without a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Speakers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors
Speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and scheduled activities are subject to change.
The presence of any speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, product, or service does not constitute an endorsement by Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC.
Attendees are responsible for independently evaluating any products, services, or business opportunities discussed at the Event.
Exhibitors may demonstrate and promote products and services. On-site retail sales require prior authorization from the organizer and compliance with applicable licensing and tax requirements.
Separate agreements may apply to exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers.
8. Photography and Recording
Photography and video recording may occur during the Event for documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes.
By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs or recordings.
Attendees who prefer not to be featured in identifiable promotional photographs or videos may contact the organizer in advance or notify event staff.
Commercial recording, livestreaming, or distribution of presentations by attendees requires prior written permission.
9. Personal Information and Privacy
Registration information will be used to process payments, administer registrations, communicate event details, and support Event operations.

Attendee contact information will not be sold to third parties.
Any sharing of attendee information with sponsors or exhibitors for their independent marketing will require appropriate notice and consent where required by law.
10. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, personal belongings, and participation in Event activities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC is not responsible for losses, injuries, or damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
Bin Cleaning Summits, LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, or venue unavailability.
If such circumstances require postponement or cancellation, the provisions in Section 5 will apply.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Registration Terms & Conditions.
The purchaser is responsible for communicating relevant Event policies to any additional attendees registered on their behalf.
