Meet owners who make purchasing decisions, demonstrate relevant solutions, and build meaningful relationships in an environment dedicated to helping operators grow. Our exhibit area is curated for value and variety, not first-come, first-served.
Exhibit time is built into the schedule, not squeezed around it. Operators visit the exhibit area at Friday’s welcome reception, over Saturday morning coffee, at every break and through lunch. Equipment exhibitors can put a truck, trailer, or cleaning system on display, so operators can see it up close and ask the questions that matter before they buy.

Any additional tabletop footprint must be requested and approved.
Electricity and specialized services are not included. Vehicle displays require advance review and approval by South Point and applicable authorities. Any required vehicle/fire-plan fees may be passed through to participating equipment exhibitors. All placements and inclusions are subject to final written exhibitor agreement.

BCS reviews every application with its USTBCA industry partners.

Exhibitor selections will be announced by November 20, 2026.

Confirm
Selected applicants receive an agreement and payment instructions.
Applications are reviewed for relevance, operator value, category balance, attendance expectations, and venue capacity. Applying does not guarantee a space. Applications are not evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies not selected to exhibit are still welcome to register as attendees; attendee admission does not authorize an exhibit, product demonstration, or organized solicitation.
Exhibitor schedule
- Friday, Feb 5
- Vendor check-in opens at noon; exhibitor setup 12:00–5:30 PM; welcome reception begins 5:30 PM.
- Saturday, Feb 6
- Displays fully set and staffed by 7:00 AM; attendee check-in and coffee begin 7:30 AM.
Equipment load-in must be coordinated in advance.

Bin Cleaning Summit 2027 is organized and contracted exclusively by Bin Cleaning Summits LLC, in partnership with USTBCA. Educational sessions, panels, and operator roundtables are independently programmed. Purchasing exhibitor or sponsor opportunities does not confer speaking rights or influence over session content.
